Project Background

Urban Tree Growers (UTG) has been a proud partner in bringing life and beauty to Broadlands View Estate in Bairnsdale, Gippsland, for over five years. From the very beginning, Andrea and Greg Savage, directors of Broadlands View, envisioned a vibrant, welcoming community space where residents could feel at home. They also valued sourcing local stock, so UTG’s locally grown, high-quality trees were a perfect fit for the estate’s transformation.

Project Goals

The Savages wanted to create a place where ornamental trees could be both a beautiful feature and a way to connect the community. Partnering with UTG gave them access to advanced, carefully selected trees that suited the Gippsland climate and embodied their vision of a picturesque village feel.
