The ‘Brown Turkey’ Fig Produces a large fruit with purple green skin and a red flesh with a full flavour.
Suitable for fresh fruit, drying and jams.
Harvest early summer and late autumn (two crops per year).
Plant in well drained worked soil. Keep soil moist while establishing. Prune tree to encourage new growth.
